Superhive is a mobile application and the service behind it. It reads calendars and inboxes you connect, keeps a to-do list, and produces a plan for your day. It is a scheduling assistant, not a system of record: your calendar and your mail provider remain the source of truth.

Superhive is in private beta. Features move, and occasionally one is withdrawn. We will not remove something you paid for without either replacing it or refunding you.

You need to be 16 or older. Keep your device and your sign-in secure, because anyone holding them can read your day. Tell us at hello@superhive.app if you think an account has been taken over.

One account is for one person. You may connect as many of your own calendars and inboxes as you like, but you may not share an account with someone else or connect a mailbox you are not authorised to read.

Free costs nothing and has no time limit. Pro is 8 US dollars per month, billed monthly through the app store you bought it from, and it starts with a 7 day trial. Cancel any time from that store and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then reverts to Free.

Prices exclude tax. If we change the price we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Your tasks, events and messages are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store, process and display your content back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or the account.

You are responsible for what you put into Superhive and for having the right to connect the accounts you connect.

Do not break the law with it, do not attempt to reach another person’s data, do not probe the service for weaknesses without telling us first, and do not resell access. Responsible security reports are welcome at hello@superhive.app and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.

We aim to keep Superhive available, and we will tell you when it is not, but the beta comes with no uptime guarantee. Check anything that genuinely cannot be missed against your calendar directly.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Close your account whenever you like, from Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and other than in a serious case we will warn you first and give you a chance to export.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and disputes go to the courts of Madrid, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
